Spring Weekend Committee
Spring Weekend 2008 will be Thursday, April 24th - Saturday, April 26th, 2008.
This is UConn’s weekend, and UConn students deserve a choice.
The Spring Weekend committee was established in 2004 and is dedicated toward making Spring Weekend a tradition that both UConn and the surrounding community can be proud of. The first and forth most responsibility of the committee is helping to create an atmosphere that increases the safety of UConn students, while providing alternative activities that allow students to make healthy, legal, and fun decisions.
Do YOU want to join in the effort and have a say in making Spring Weekend a safer place for UConn students?
Would you like to see a variety of programming and activities that does not revolve entirely around alcohol?
This Committee is open to all members of the UConn community who would like to make a difference by positively affecting change throughout the campus and surrounding community during Spring Weekend in Storrs. Meetings are every Wednesday at 12:15 p.m. in the Student Union, Room 322. For more info, please contact the AOD Office at 486-9431.
